Domed name badges are an extremely popular product amongst professionals. The gel doming offers brilliant durability and gives a classy edge to your name badge. They are scratch resistant, fully water resistant and comes with a high density magnet on the back. All our name badges are printed in full colour, placed on a ABS plastic backing and covered with resin epoxy gel. The gel gives the badge a slight magnified appearance and makes the details on the badge come to life.
What is Doming?
Doming is a process of applying a clear resin epoxy coating to any badge, label or promotional item. It gives the graphic an eye-popping, 3-D effect, attracting more attention to your product. It also improves and protects any graphic image you apply it to.The resin is U.V. stable, guaranteed for outdoors use, non-yellowing, durable and semi-flexible. It forms a crystal clear, high gloss dome or lens effect on decals, photos, labels, key rings, magnets, medallions, and many other promotional items. This clear, high-gloss 3D coating adds a visual enhancement to your badges.

All prices exclude VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices exclude artwork fees – artwork charged at R450.00 per hour. No artwork fee charged if you supply “Print Ready” artwork.
Artwork
More and more of our clients want to supply their own files. There is nothing wrong with this but it is important to supply the print ready file correctly in order to achieve the best quality of print.
We suggest you discuss your project with us before commencing work to avoid unexpected artwork and file handling costs later in the process.
